A national framework for developing high-competency workforce aligned with global standards.

Principles

Foundations of the Dual-Diploma Curriculum

The Higher Vocational Certificate Curriculum B.E. 2567 is built upon four essential principles that ensure quality, comparability, and international recognition.

National Qualifications Standards

The management of vocational education under the Higher Vocational Certificate Curriculum B.E. 2567 (Thai-Chinese Dual Diploma) must meet or exceed the National Qualifications Framework for Vocational Education and the qualification standards for each level.

Comparable Curriculum

Each field of study under the Higher Vocational Certificate Curriculum B.E. 2567 (Thai-Chinese Dual Diploma) used by institutions and partner institutions must be at the same level, mutually comparable, up-to-date, and aligned with global contexts and the needs of enterprises and independent professions.

Collaborative Governance

Institutions and partner institutions must jointly manage education, organize learning, exchange knowledge, innovations and technologies, and conduct quality assessment according to standards, based on participation and creating opportunities for vocational education management.

Dual Certification

Graduates will receive qualifications in the same field of study from both the institution and the partner institution.
